Maybe you’re doing such a great job they want to give you a promotion or a pay raise? Or just congratulate you before the wedding so you can get married without the evaluation hanging over your head? Relax, it’s most likely a good thing!

Depending on where you work, it could be that your boss’ boss told him that he needs to start doing these peformance reviews on time. So he might just be doing what he is told, not because he wants to.
