Okay an update to everything going on lately, M just found out that he will be working every day from now until Thanksgiving for a project at work... That means he'll have a lot of extra cash that we weren't anticipating.... Could it be... .Nah..

RIGHT! Boy is saving the moola for your ring!! I just posted on mmmtacos bday thread how I wanted to blow up a "waiting" thread for you!! And I agree with Recessionista about YOU being a Waiting Hostess!!
@jingle: wait?! what is all this chitter chatter? i don't think he's saving the moolah? i think he will draw out the torture as long as he possibly can lol!!! my ring shouldn't cost that much, it's aquamarine... but Sam's sold the one that I wanted, so I have no idea what he's going to do.... but I do know that he will probably have the money for it this month or next... omg that will drive me crazy knowing!!!
@roxy: omg my heart is beating out of my chest right now... i guess i hadn't really thought about it until i typed it! omg.... i'll pass out. seriously i will lol!! but i know we still have the cars to get and the custody issues to deal with so it may not happen.
@crebre: Even if you guys do get all the other stuff out of the way now...that still means you'll hopefully get your ring sooner than originally expected!
@crebre: you say they sold the ring...hmmmmmmmmm?! Just a thought. But yay for unexpected money!
@roxymarie: that's true... but you do know that this great man thinks I can plan a wedding in two weeks right, definitely the sooner the better if he wants his spring wedding!!
@sanddollar: you know i though the same thing, but when i told him they sold it the sadness in his face makes me think he didn't buy it... he looked so sad :( so i didn't bring it up again, i'm sure he'll make a great decision.. well as long as he doesn't start talking about championships etc with the folks
haha @crebre: you never know he may have just been pretending! I could so see FH doing that just to get me going as long as he could...he actually tried to tell me he didn't order me ring after he said he had and made such a fuse about me looking at his wallet (the receipt was in there but I never saw it, just that it was folded in there)

@sanddollar and tea: who knows lol!! but i really do think he was sad that it was gone. he swears he's never seen it and he refuses to go "window shopping" so i can't even show it to him because he isn't prepared to purchase it... lol...

@RB: lol well, we have been together for 17 months as of yesterday. we've known each other a bit over two years now. I dunno if it will happen or not, only the quizzical man knows. I told him yesterday that he was like those danged magic 8 balls. i ask him a question and get a response that has nothing to do with it. I was like I ask you which three days will it happen you say Yes. WTH! He finds it hilarious..

@crebre- I've noticed that when you put in your zip code sometimes the items change. I just looked at my zip code and there is one square cushion cut aqua similar to the Tiffany Legacy. Is that the one you still are wanting? There was a really pretty Pear shaped one too!
Maybe he is working overtime because he is saving up for the proposal. He may have been the person who brought the ring at Sams and now he is trying to prepare for the proposal. Good luck!
@crebre: your posts make me laugh with all the little images! The 8-ball...classic! and are you seriously wanting a rice cooker? (sidenote: I didn't exactly know what that was and I ask FH how his mom makes her Japanese rice and he was like "in the rice cooker". I was like but how? He said she puts it in and it cooks it. I can be so clueless sometimes!)
Dont worry crebre, Ill be here on WB crying with you if it doesnt happen for either of us lol....although there IS always new years... :)

@RB: i'm not allowed to pick out the ring lol... i want an acquamarine though much like the tiffany legacy.... sam's had a knock off but it has disappeared from the site (and the store for that matter).
How fun, hopefully he's working on getting an extra special Christmas present for you! ;) And even if you get engaged, don't let that stop you from wanting to be a Hostess for the Waiting board, there are no rules against what board you can be the Hostess of! :)
I was going to say that Sam's can totally order rings- you don't have to get the one from the store! But I don't know what happens once they disappear off the site. It's like magic or somesuch.
I still say it could totally be. Not to get your hopes on the up and up, but I still say "outlook good" (in 8 ball speak). I'm post-stupid tonight- I can't seem to form coherant thoughts at ALL so I'm sorry if this makes no sense.

okay i just sent my mom an email with my favorite rings, just in case. i don't know why i never sent them to her before lol?! btw my mom said "1500, hmmm you can work miracles on things" and i said but ma, what am i going to WEAR?! jeans and a t-shirt. her response, well tell him to save 1500 and when he's done saving that 1500, save 1500 more! LMBO!!!
sigh okay i have done all that i can do, perhaps it will happen this year, perhaps next. who knows, other than the cutie patootie boyfriend that annoys the heck out of me?
