My best friend got married there last fall. I was in the wedding. She got probably the worst rain I have ever seen in my life - think World Series. They were as accomodating as they could be about it but the barn for cocktail hour was 8,000 degrees. When someone spilled iwne all over her dress her coordinator pinned it so you could never tell. The customer service was great and we had a blast. The food was awesome as well. It was just a shame b/c they didn't get to use the space as they could have and it was crowded and hot. Overall, I'd rate it high. Those problems were not at all the fualt of Holly Hedge. I'm sure it'll be wonderful. hope you enjoy it. I'd highly highly recommend the soup during cocktail hour

I'm getting married there in September... I will gladly keep you up to date and give you feedback. Let me know if you have any questions too. We just did our tasting and I have to say, I was a little worried afterwards. I am a vegetarian but the rest of my family are not. They asked if anyone had any dietary restrictions and I informed them of my own. They had 2 things for me to try, that's it. Luckily my fiance ate most of what they offered. What we had were not all that great either... very salty and not what I expected for the money we are paying for the wedding.
BUT - my family loved the pork flautas, the crab cakes, the almond chicken and the filet mignon. I hated my vegetable bruschetta and the "vegetable roll" dinner entree. It was not good at all. But their soups are excellent! Gizpacho and the pumpkin/pear were both awesome!
Oh. Whoops! The date posted is the wedding date- did not know! Sorry! I would love your feedback though!! Ha
Oh I'm getting married at Holly Hedge next July! I would love to hear about both of your experiences!

We are planning our weding for next March here - has anyone attended a wedding/event here and would you be so kind as to provide me with honets feedback? (so far totally unrelated chance converstaions with people that have attended there have also been raves, but would like any feedback!)
