You guys!  I got so much inspiration from this blog, and now I'm ON it!!!!  I figured only the Bee would understand how exciting this is for me!  My husband just got a blank look on his face when I told him.  :) 

Thanks so much! I loved doing all the detail work for it, and managed to get an awesome photographer who helped me show it off well.  :) 

My awesome photographer submitted our wedding!  How cool is that?  I didn't even know that you COULD submit a wedding, and thought that you had to be WAY cooler than me to get on there.  :)

Oh, and I told my husband (it's still weird) that it meant we were famous in the wedding world.  I might have exaggerated a bit, but the look on his face was pretty good.  :) 

Thanks Miss Pinot and plantains.  I LOVE the full look of peonies, but they're so money.  So we got a few of those, and filled in with the ranunculus.  My cousin put them together, and I was so happy with the way they came out.

WOW! Your wedding was soooooo pretty!!! Congrats! I love your flowers and all the colors you have....and the flower girls outfit was too cute!!

What a beautiful wedding! I think it would be so cool to get onto Style Me Pretty! Now, if only we had our pro pics......We got married on May 2!

Also, I just read another thread about how depressing some brides find SMP, and while I agree with the gist of what they're saying, I just wanted to add that our wedding was NOT perfect (my FIL fainted and left in an ambulance - no pics of that!), NOT expensive (under $14K), and planned from across the country (all those details had to fit into two suitcases).

The best compliment that I got about our wedding was that it really reflected who we are.  :)

 @bluestuff - our photographer just sent us ALL of our pics.  But I don't think that's normal - I am completely in awe of her editing abilities. 

Thanks Baily - he's fine.  He's on bloodthinners, didn't eat all day, and was dressed in a full tux on a muggy day, drinking beer in the sun.  It was just a fainting spell, but he went to the hospital to make sure.

I love it!  I had actually already seen your wedding because I'm using the same photographer!  Loved it on her blog too :).  Congrats!!!

@jingle - thanks!  Well done getting your wedding to Aruba in two suitcases!  That seems much more daunting to me!  :)

It's a bit wordy, but it's almost exactly how I've described our relationship, so when I saw it, I knew I'd use it.  :)  I think I found it on quotes.com or something equally ubiquitous.
