I feel like I'm behind too! I got some stuff done last weekend, and I've gotten FI to get all his groomsmen but one-this is a MAJOR improvement. We're going to pick a day to go to Pittsburgh (where wedding is) and do our second registry, get the tuxes, and pick a limo service. I feel like it's all the little details I still need. We just booked our HM so that was a major check out of the way. Right now I'm on the rehersal dinner-FI and I are hosting it.
Ugh, I can't get my FI to work on the guys outfits. Sigh.
My FILs are doing the RD, and I'm gladdddd. I don't want to do anymore planning! They're picking one of our favorite places though, so it can't go too bad!
Our honeymoon has been booked since May of 2009! We're using a timeshare so we had to do it early. Before we were even engaged!

I "eeek" a lot too, Sulli! It's a newfound thing though... hmmm... haha.
Funny how a month ago we felt ahead of the game. Now it feels like we're a bit behind. Try and figure that one out.
Things to do in the next couple weeks: order the girls' dresses (I know I'm horrible), go to our tastings and finalize the menu and cake design, and order invitations. Oh crap, we probably should book a florist...and a make up artist....eeek!
Oh I'm so behind! My save-the-dates aren't even out (ok, I told the important people via email or in person, so that's how I'm justifying that). We do have the date, the venue, the caterer, most of the rentals, the photographer, the officiant and the DOC, so I'm trying to tell myself it will be fine. We have a band we're talking to, we just need a cake baker and a florist. And a morning after brunch. And a honeymoon plan. And a registry that is done. And an invite plan. And some shoes for me. And a tux for him. And...and...and... does the list ever end??
No, I don't think the list even ends AFTER the wedding. I need shoes too. So far, it's been the most difficult search I've had to do...
at first i thought i was falling behind but i have a lot done which i'm happy about. the next stuff i have to do is confirm food choices, buy candy for candy station, confirm flowers (april), have dress fitting, create programs, 1 DIY project, do wedding maps for invites, find shoes, confirm lists of guests for showers and RD.
i KNOW!!!! we are actually doing really well - have the venue paid for - have all of our vendors (finally booked the DJ, last vendor to do...) and now it's all about the little details.
we just bought our rings the other day and I am sending out our DIY invites this weekend.
I am DIY'ng the following, though - and this is what the next 18 weekends will consist of!
Centerpieces (already bought everything, now just creating them)
Favors - personalized candy bars (been working on the photoshop design - then will need to put together)
Programs - still need to sit down and design / create
Votive Candles - need to make wraps for them
still need to buy small things - the guest frame for everyone to sign - i really want to buy some awesome champaign flutes from things remembered - and then other small things...

June 26th ladies... 5 months! Ah! I have so much to do still!
My FI and I registered today, much easier than expected. I also met with our coordinator this past week as well as the florist. While things are coming together, I know the next 5 months are going to FLY by and I won't know what hit me.
We're looking into Rehearsal Dinner venues, but because of all of the rain... we haven't been able to try places out the past week!
How's everyone else's planning going?
