Weddingbee boards

I'm not really sure what I was expecting from my registry experience, but it went a lot better than I thought it would.  First of all, it was wayyyy too much fun doing my registry at the same time as my sister.  She spent the day discussing china and the many shades of blue bath towels with me, and I got to help her pick out some wicked kitchen appliances that I already have.  

We were going to go to both Bed, Bath, & Beyond and Target today, but it became very clear that we could not accomplish both in one day.  The woman that helped us was super friendly and really knew what she was doing!  Not only did she have a lot of advice and suggestions, but she made decisions really easy (and I am horrible at making decisions) and she was fun to work with.

The thing that surprised me the most was that I actually fell in love with a china pattern!  I was almost opposed to putting china on the registry because it "just wasn't us."  When I saw this pattern I could just picture us eating Thanksgiving dinner around our own table, so I registered for the whole dang set!

Bottom line, if you haven't done your registry yet, Bed Bath and Beyond is a one stop shop that offers a ton of incentives and has really informative and helpful people!  I registered for more than I would ever need, and they make it really convienient for your guests as well!
