Congratulations!! My husband and I are trying to buy a short sale home... we've been waiting to hear back from the bank (the waiting is excruciating!!) Well today, we heard back! They said yes!!!
We will be closing between Christmas and New Year's eve! We have to be out of our rental by 12/31/11 - yikes!!!
This is an exciting time!!!

Just wanted to give everyone an update on our home buying progress. We had our inspection on Tuesday and it went really well, there are only a few minor things that need fixing. Our insurance is all set up, the title is ordered, and the package should be ready to send to underwriting this week!
We have less than two weeks left before closing!
