Oh I just picked up Jeurgens lotion, that gives a subtle glow after a wekk of applying. Its fabulous!
I have one of the self-tanners from Bath & Body Works True Blue and I've been really pleased with it.
The key is making sure you slather on vaseline or lotion on your hands, in between your fingers to make sure the self-tanner doesn't absorb there (otherwise you end up with orange palms) and then apply to the desired areas. I know some people wear gloves to apply self-tanner but I've never had luck with those.

I'm not a fan of tanning in general. I used to be, but as get older my skin is showing the damage.
However, despite using sunscreen, I have tanktop tanlines! :-( I just know that if I try to go in the to even out, I'll just burn.
Any suggestions on home self-tanners that don't cost a bundle and just give a subtle hint of color? I'm looking mostly to even out the tanlines.
