- Wedding: November 2013
My fiancé and I are getting married in Puerto Rico in November. His immediate family and some of his closest relatives will attend. We’re having a pretty big reception there. That’s where my family lives. Approximately a month after, we are having a special blessing during Mass (in the States), followed by dinner at the church’s social hall, for the rest of his family and friends (around 125 guests).
We don’t want this to be another big/long party. Other than the [obvious] food, we’re just having wine and non-alcoholic beverages. However, I keep thinking, once we eat, what do we do?? Awkward! I don’t want this to be a boring event.
I would like some suggestions to keep this “in the middle.” I just want the guests to enjoy themselves and not be bored out of their minds. Are there any “appropriate activities” that we can have?
