Does anyone know if honeyfund has gone out of business??? I created an account on their several months ago but haven’t been on in forever…was waiting to get closer to the date. Been trying to log-on all day today and I keep getting a server error…other sites are working fine.
Also…how do you let people know you are registered on a site like honeyfund? Even though I am an encore, this is the first time I have ever planned a wedding so I am still trying to learn all the do’s and dont’s. I am ordering invitations today and I do know that putting where you are registered on your invitation is a big no-no so where do you put it??? Thanks Bees!!!

I just checked our Honeyfund site today and it is working, so IDK????
We are linking the Honeyfund site on our wedding website under the “registry” section. We included the wedding website in the STD’s and will include it in the invites. I am not sure if this is an etiquette blunder….but I am hoping I am going through a loophole. We will be saying something to the effect of “For more information about the events we have planned over the wedding weekend and hotel blocks, go to the Rock Hugger Wedding Page.” So we are not technically mentioning anything about the registry on our invites, but if they go to the website, they can see the “registry” link.

@Rock Hugger: Such a good idea! Because I feel like no one goes to our wedding webiste. even our bridal party ask where we are registered <insert head smack>.
Ours is up and working too. I just checked:)

hmmmm…Will have to check when I get home. Maybe it’s blocked by some weird firewall. I’m at work so there’s no telling! sigh

Ours is also working. We also included Honeyfund on our Registries page and included our wedding website on the STD postcard, but some ended up covered up by some postal sticker so I’m just relying on word of mouth at this point. We did also buy the domain with our names so it’s simpler to inform ppl of the website address.
