In terms of Mexico Ive heard that the Excellence Resorts are really good...not sure about anything else though sorry!
I've heard good things about the Crown Paradise Resort in Cancun. All inclusive! And they have a bunch of things for you to do :]
I hope this helps!

Looking to find out where to stay if we go to Aruba...or Mexico? Anyone been to either place? Pros? Cons? All-inclusive? Thoughts? Looking for some time to relax and some time to do active stuff (snorkel, jet ski, etc.). Not looking for the spring break scene. Everywhere looks great over the internet.... Would love to hear your recommendations of where TO go...or where NOT to go. Happy wedding planning everyone!
