where would you go if u had no money constraints and for how long?

I don't want to go to a beachy place, I am more a romantic city girl..

If we had absolutely no money constraints- Africa! for however long I wanted.

We also wanted "romantic city" but did have a budget somewhat so we are going to Southern Italy for only 2 weeks but staying in good rooms at great hotels- Hotel Caruso in Ravello, La Sirenuse in Positano and JK Place in Capri.

But if I really wanted to do the "city" city- I would just go to Paris (even though I've visited and even lived there for some time) and stay at the Ritz or Four Seasons George V and just have the ultimate romantic city stay.
