I have always wanted to go to the Virgin Islands so that’s my vote! The Bahamas are fine but not my favorite. We’ve been there 4 times and wouldn’t consider it one of our favs. Cayman Islands remind me of a typical Florida beach. Maybe it was just the area we were at but I wasn’t too impressed. I’m sure you’d have fun at any of them though!

@ktmcgwvu08:  it all depends what you want to do on your honeymoon.  do you want to just sit on a beach?  shopping?  adventure?  culture?  water sports?  night-life?

    do you want an all-inclusive?

you need to figure out what you want to do and then research these locations to see what they have to offer besides just beaches.  then reseach the resorts or hotels to see if they are in your budget.

I’m biased, I chose Anguilla! I’ll be getting married there next year 🙂 I love the beaches looking like the computer screen wallpaper – nobody around! The food is absolutely amazing as well! 🙂

We couldn’t decide between all the carribean and tropically places either so we just went with the one with the best hotel and airfare rates.  We ended up at St John.

@ktmcgwvu08:  I vote Turks and Caicos! The most ridiculously gorgeous place I’ve ever been to… so far. And I’m pretty well travelled 🙂

Do you scuba dive? There’s some awesome scuba diving there, as well as 500 other things to do in addition to just admiring the view.

Anywhere on that list except for the Bahamas sounds great to me! I went there a lot growing up though, so maybe that’s why the Bahamas just don’t sound as special to me.

@ktmcgwvu08:  Tortola! You can take a ferry to St. Thomas (and I think St. John’s) from there and have a day trip. Plus, I hear Virgin Gourda is amazing. My parents loved it and I so want to go.

I’ve been to Grand Turk and it was amazing. The beach and water was absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait to go back sometime! So my vote is definitely Turks and Caicos.

I vote Belize because I’ve been dying to go there for a long time, and it probably has the most cultural activities, if that’s your thing. I like a good balance of beach + recreation + culture, and I think Belize has that. Also, it seems like the most exotic on the list, more of a once-in-a-lifetime thing than the other destinations, and I think that’s important for a honeymoon.
