Have you considered Bermuda? We're taking a cruise there for our honeymoon. The island is AMAZING and since its only like 600 miles off the coast of NC it rarely gets hit with hurricanes even though it is technically part of the Caribbean.
Do you know about snorkeling there? My FI is being super picky about this and he thinks the snorkeling won't be as good there.
Actually the snorkeling there is freaking awesome (from what I gather). I've never been but I did an unbelievable amount of research on the island because we were planning on getting married there. Bermuda has a number of shipwrecks and you are able to snorkel around some of them. This is one of the things we're planning on doing when we're on our honeymoon.

We really want an all-inclusive, adults only resort in the Caribbean.... but we will be going in August and are worried about hurricane season. It seems like Sandals in St.Lucia is an option, but flights are crazy expensive there.
Barbados has good flights we can take, but the only all-inclusive adult only resort is an Almond resort and i don't know much about them. The reviews are very mixed on tripadvisor.com.
And advice on Almond resorts or other places we can go in the Caribbean would be awesome!
My FI is skeptical about going to Mexico, but I think the Maya Rivera may be a good option for us.
