Weddingbee boards

Hi all! So the fiance and I have been engaged dince September and still have no clue where to go for the honeymoon! So, I figured I would ask you all for advice! We have a few requirements we don't want anything too tropical( My fiance is very pale with red hair so super sunny, hot beaches are not fun for him) and we would prefer all-inclusive or at least mostly inclusive. Cost really isn't an issue and we are willing to travel anywhere. We have looked into Jade mountain because it has beaches but the reviews say it never gets too hot, but I have also looked into B&B's in the US. so we are all over the map from super cold to warm temperatures. Any help is appreciated.. by the way the Wedding is August 21st, so weather is something to consider.
