We're planning a honeymoon in Charleston, SC. My only requirements for our honeymoon were (1) near the ocean, (2) I wanted to fly (I've never taken a vacation with a SO and I was always jealous of couples in airports, it looked so fun to travel with someone, so I wanted to have that experience, and (3) I wanted a city where we can walk to neat restaurants and/or attractions. My FI pretty much just wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. He is, however, a huge history fan and he's excited about visiting some museums, etc.
So, any bees with experience in Charleston - are there any attractions or restaurants that we MUST see? Anyone have any recommendations on great hotels? or any advice on which hotels to avoid?
Any advice is appreciated!!
