My girlfriend went there and said it was great but we are actually both looking into the Negril one. Her sister went there on a couples vacay and LOVED it, look into the Negril. Also, I don't know how much money you're looking to spend on your honeymoon but the Negril one has this amazing 2 story loft suite that is in the beach, omg I love it!!!
We are going to the Sandals resort in Montego Bay. Can't wait! They are really expensive but I hear that it is well worth it. We could only afford 5 days but all inclusive, no tipping even. Just me and hubby relaxing by the pool, lots of sex and oh ya drinks!! Who needs to leave the resort....
we are doing Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica...all I can say is that my travel agent rocked at getting me a fabulous price and we were considering Negril but she got me an oceanview room for less and told me so much that it just felt right.
I used Jennfier at VIP Vacations. She made me feel really good with my decision.
Oh and I am new here too! Welcome!
Welcome newbie!! I'm very curious about staying in Jamaica as well....I guess I will keep on eye on this post....thanks for posting :)
We're going to Jamaica too! We have a week at Montego Bay booked and then a week at the Negril resort. I have high hopes for beautiful beaches and ever flowing pina coladas! :)
Great question! I'm actually going to Montego Bay in November and would also like to know any advice! Does anyone have any suggested hotels/resorts?
Im going to Ocho Rios in August and we are staying at the Couples Sans Souci resort- from what I have heard it is amazing!! We met someone that used to work at Couples negril and they said that was awesome too! Even though couples might not be sandals I think it is still 5 star and not as high priced which is always nice!
Thanks so much, everyone! We're trying to make our decision about where we're going soon...I keep seeing all kinds of great deals on tv for trips to the caribbean for THIS time of year, and as we're looking at going in december, we're facing the sticker shock a little more!! But I love the idea of an all-inclusive - it seems totally worth it for this trip.

Hi! I'm new to the boards, but have been watching for a while. :)
My fiance & I are starting to plan our honeymoon and are thinking of going to Jamaica in late December. We're leaning toward the Sandals Royal Caribbean in Montego Bay. Has anyone been there/have any advice about it?
