Hi Bees,

I was wondering if any of you could recommend me some hotels/resorts in both Bangkok and Phuket. FI and I are currently trying to plan our honeymoon trip and its taking FOREVER going back and forth on random travel websites, which, btw, I dont really trust much anyway.

SO, would be absolutely lovely if you ladies could help us out! We dont have a lot of $ we can spend on our hotels... Ideally, we want to spend about or less than, $100/night for the hotels, OR, less than $800 on hotels for our 7 day trip there.

Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you!

We just booked our hotel in Bangkok! It may have been somewhat over the 100/night budget... but there are a couple of lovely hotels which I think would be great options:

- SilQ Bangkok: part of an Asian hotel chain, the rooms look really nice & hip. Great amenities, and it seemed to be well located.

- Bangkok Pullman King Power: I really wanted to stay here, but FI found a great deal in a hotel he'd been talking about for a while :) Rooms look huge, really nice. Also, it has a very nice pool, and reviewers raved about the breakfast.

Both have really good reviews on tripadvisor, I think you should check them out! And definitely book them through expedia.com or agoda.com, they have the best deals!
