We used www.justtogether.com for our honeymoon registry and we liked it. We didn't have any problems with it. And even when some guests had made purchases after the date we set they were able to get us the money pretty quickly. It was nice and convenient and we got a good turnout from guests. We already have our house and didn't need any other "stuff" just to fill it so this was our main registry. We did register at two other places for those people who wanted to give a traditional gift instead. We were able to pay for our trip to Cozumel with the money we got from it. I know there have been other posts by bees about this issue and I know that Honeyfund was included in those so I would do a search to find some of those to get more info. Good luck to you.
We used www.exotichoneymoonvacations.com. We wanted a fairly customized honeymoon that was 'out of the ordinary'. The company that runs this registry specializes in more adventurous and high-end world travel which is why we chose them.
Our experience with this registry was pretty good. As I mentioned, most of the trips they do are custom so, once we signed up, we worked with a rep of theirs to word out the details of our trip. In the end, we ended up doing a trip to Africa, mixing in some beach with some safari. It was pretty incredible.
I would definetly recommend shopping around and calling a few places before committing to any one.
Hope this helps and good luck!

Hey there bees!
We've been seriously looking at honeymoon registeries and I wanted to ask opinions. As both of us are encores, we don't need to register for the traditional things, and aside from registering at a home improvement store and a large department store, we thought registering for our honeymoon would be a novel idea and enable us to do some things that we may not have originally been able to do.
For those of you who have done it-since you are now newlyweds or closer to your wedding date than we are, how did the honeymoon registry work for you and were you pleased? Where did you go on your honeymoon, if you don't mind me asking and what service did you use? We've looked at Honeyfund and maybe I'm just a bit too cautious, but it almost seems too easy or too good to be true. Did you have, or do any of you know of anyone who has had honeymoon registry problems or issues? It seems that Honeyfund is one of the few that doesn't charge a service fee. I had some questions that were answered fairly quickly (and in person I believe by the gal who runs it), but I was just checking before we did this.
Thoughts? Ideas? Thanks bees for your input!
