How about presenting them with a gift at the reception, such as a photo album, flowers, or another keepsake?

We had two birthday’s on our wedding day-my uncle and my MOH’s mom. We ended up singing Happy Birthday and having their own special cake brought to their table.

In your case, I would present them with a gift and even recognizing them during your speech would be nice, if you are doing one.
