- Wedding: August 2013
My dear Grandma passed away two years ago and never got to see me walk down the aisle (I was already engaged when she died) and I want to honour her in some way at the wedding. She loved making things and I have a few beaded necklaces she made me that I wouldn’t wear but cherish because she made them.
A necklace she made me has large blue heart bead on it and I was thinking of taking it off and including it as a charm on my bouquet.. what do you think about this? I love the idea but the thought pulling the necklace apart makes me sad!
My other idea is that I have a Pandora bead owl charm my Aunt bought me in memorium (my Gran loved owls) so maybe I could use this instead? I don’t have much from my Gran and like the idea of having something she touched and loved!
