I haven't stayed in that exact location but LaHaina is a good area. Pretty much all of Maui is good. LaHaina has a bit more to offer in terms of places to eat and night time entertainment (there isn't much night life on Maui). The place looks gorgeous and I'd stay there if you can get a good deal!
I booked it for my honeymoon in August! Since it's still so new, there isn't a lot of info out there yet, but as of the end of March there have been a few very positive reviews posted on Trip Advisor. Also some locals have posted their experiences of just visiting the grounds on the TA boards, and it's been generally good. We just couldn't pass up the great discounts!

I was recently looking through blogs and saw that someone had recommended this resort. It is brand new and is giving great discounts. I was wondering if anyone has stayed there and could tell me a little about it. Is it in a good location, busy or private? Would you stay there agian. Thank you!
