I am getting married in 3 months and have a beautiful Enzoani Dabra dress. It is just as full as I’d like it to be without anything underneath but I was reading that with a dress like mine, which has tons of tulle, dropped waist ballgown style, that I should wear something underneath it like a hoop skirt or crinoline so that when I walk the fabric doesn’t get all bunched up between my legs.
Has anyone with the same dress worn something similar? How did it work for you? My dress has already been altered in length before I thought of this so I am also worried if it is a hoop skirt or something it might fill out the dress more and cause the length of the dress to be too short. Suggestions please!!! Pictures would be wonderful also. I have emailed my seamstress but waiting to hear back from her on this. She also said she can’t shorten the length of the train for me because of the material and lace. Which I have seen several posts on here of girls who have had the same dress shortened. So I am wondering if I should get a new seamstress? Its getting pretty late in the game for major alterations. What do you guys think?
