Did your hoopskirt cause a “drop off” point on your skirt? What I mean by that is at the bottom of your dress, after the last hoop, did you see the point where the rest of the skirt just drops straight down instead of rounding out? What did you do?

I know what you mean! I am really tall so will new extra length on my dress. But hoops are all too short for me so they would hit in the wrong place unless I had that altered too.
I do remember Mrs. Funnel Cake (blogger) making a comment about how you could see the outline of the hoop in a few of her pictures. I would think it depends on the dress and fabric though.

For the record, I was able to fix this issue by wearing the hoopskirt lower. When I had the issue, it is because I had the hoopskirt at my natural waist. Moving it down to my hips lowered the bottom hoop to prevent the “drop off”point. It was so much more beautiful after that.
