I know ill prob get a bunch of neg things from everyone but hear me out...

My fiance and I have always been a big Hooters fan. We stay at the hotel whenever were in Vegas and go to the resturant all the time. So we got to thinking durring cocktail hour to have hooter girls serve wings . I know some people will think its tacky but its something we are def considering and would love to do....

What are your thoughts for cocktail hour. Of course we are still going to do other food as well.

    Thanks

I think it would be okay to have wings...but not to have Hooters girls serving them.

It is your wedding, and you guys can do what you want, but I don't think it is completely appropriate. Maybe you could just have the wings there for an appetizer?

I'm all for that! - If they are actually waitresses from the restaurant. I would feel that it would be not okay to ask any other caterers to dress up in the uniform. If they already work there, then you know they don't mind the outfits...

That would certainly make for a memorable cocktail hour.  If you like the idea, and it you feel it represents you two...then I would go for it.  Just expect some people to be a bit shocked and/or confused!

lol thanks! I know some people won't. I understand durring the reception but cocktail hour is just a time to mingle, eat, and drink and a hour will fly by so fast i think it will be fun.

Hahaha you have FAVORITE hooters girls? you must really like going to Hooters a lot! Are they allowed to wear their uniform outside of the restaurant though? I mean would you hire them through the restaurant or on your own? Also it depends on your crowd I guess, some people might not want to see Hooters girls walking around.

Yeah we go there often. LOL I know horrible but its just our thing for some reason. Yeah we already talked with the main manager and they gave us a great deal so as long as the banquet hall lets us bring outside vendor people in we will do it.

I think this depends too on how formal your reception is.  If you're having a formal reception I think this is going to look way out of place.  But if you're doing like a backyard BBQ thing it might work a little better.
