Oh I saw that on the news where a highway looked like a river - that is terrible. Why does it feel like there are so many bad/odd things happening right now? Flocks of birds and schools of fish dying out of nowhere, shootings, extreme flooding, major snowstorm in the south.....lots of prayers all around
I am in one of the affected areas (in Ipswich with water levels of about 22m expected tomorrow!!!) and so many people I know have been evacuated... its so so sad.
@Miss Pinup: I hope YOU are ok and your family and friends. That is really sad. I cant imagine being evacuated from my home and knowing it wont be there after I leave :-(
@Miss Pinup: I hope you stay safe! I'm located in Bayside and we're not expected to have too much damage, most likely just cut off but I have a busy day ahead at work trying to shift all of our equipment to a safe place.
It's so horrible especially with the rising death toll and all those poor people missing.
It seems like something bad happens at the beginning of every year now.
I think we will be ok as we are kinda up on a hill. Its just so crazy... Stay safe everybody!

I've been praying for all those affected. I can't imagine the devastation.
Yikes - I hope friends & family are okay in Brissy & central QLD, ladies.
We've been watching on the news and it's heartbreaking, absolutely heartbreaking.
