Sheesh, it always happens like that, doesn't it! Sorry to hear about your truly awful day, but tomorrow has to be better :-) I'm glad you can see the humor in the whole thing. Thankfully days like this are few and far between. You've just paid your dues for a loooooong time.
Wow that does sound like a horrible day! I hope today starts out better for you:)
Gosh girl ((HUGS)).. but the image of a running horse reminded me of a time when i had to do an event and it was like down a dirt road so here i am in STILETTOS driving down this road in my suv and what do i see but two HUGE horses in the middle of the road. 
i was like mm-kay.. so i tried the shoo motion with my hands and i swear they had laughter in their eyes so they finally moved and i finished the drive down to the end where the plantation was located, but i'm telling you i was freaked out. that sucks about your car though ((HUGS)) will you have to get a new one or do you think you could replace the engine?
oh my gosh! When it rains it pours :( hopefully today is better...
Ohwow. Well yesterday certainly was NOT your day. But at least you have a sense of humor about it. Hoepfully today is going much better for you. Like *starcharades* said, it can only get better. You'd at least think!
I hope you have a better day...you should really print what you typed out and keep it for you and your fiance to read on a better day. I promise the two of you will howl with laughter. The worst days usually provide the best laughter later on.

@crebre...haha your story made me laugh! stilettos and dirt roads are never a good combination are they? :) ((hugs)) I will probably just get rid of the car. It makes me a little sad, because I tend to get emotionally attached to vehicles (is that pathetic?) but my FI has graciously extended his impreza to me (he has a truck that he drives most of the time) so since we are getting married in 6 months, i will just drive it til then! thanks for the concern!
and today has been great! me and my friend went to a bridal store and I found a Maggie Soterro 'Hunter' that I absolutely love.

My fiance' had the day of Wednesday and drove 3.5 hours to get a brand new jeep we had finally picked and gotten financed. On his way home (from wayy up north MI) he hit a deer! His car wouldn't start, the bumper was off, liquids were on the road...basically bad news! I felt so bad and I was just so thankful that he had service and could call me and get help! The fact the it will cost more $$ sucks but atleast he was okay :) All I could think about was him in his car just freeezzzing in the snow but atleast he had service!

Today was going fantastic! Me and my mother were talking about ordering my dress, bridesmaid stuff, looking at the beginning stages of my invites, and then...
I'm driving with my FI to run some errands and my honda civic makes a loud BANG!!!! noise and starts sputtering. Ironically, I notice that the check engine light has suddenly turned on so I pull onto the side of the busy downtown road to see what just happened to my poor honda civic.
There is a four inch HOLE in my engine. Yeah. To top it off, there is smoke pouring out of my car.
I immediately freak out. FI calls his boss to pick us up to drive to his work and then my daddy picked me up so we could go check out my car.
We call the insurance company and they need to know our policy number. That is when I realize I dont know where my wallet is and that my dad has locked my car keys inside my car.
After this is all sorted out (i left my wallet at work), i get a call from a potential employer, who tells me she has given the job to someone 'more experienced'. CRAP!
Then, me and my FI almost got trampled by a running horse which had escaped his corral. I'm being serious. Today was just bizarre. To top it off, we got in a fight...
Anyway, suffice this to say that I hate horses, honda civics, and am now planning on giving everyone i know one of my spare keys.
Hopefully tomorrow is better? This is actually kind of comical to me now that i read it...
