I was going over all the different hors d’oeuvres that our venue offers. I am calculating 5-6 per guest (our venue said that’s the norm) but, I’m stuck on how many different types of hors d’oeuvres to serve. Any suggestions?

3 cheese pizza quesadilla thingies

how big is your wedding? Our wedding was just shy of 200 and we had three differnet passed hors d’oeuvres and a cheese table

We are having about 90-100 guests, so not very big.

I would do 3-4 types (figuring 2 pieces each) – depending on how long the time is you are serving (I’m assuming it’s about an hour)

We’re doing three types – veggie tacos, spareribs tacos and sliders. Our guest count is only 50 people though.
