I haven't had a c-section, but I know I would have appreciated some of my favorite snacks while in the hospital. And beer. :) Really, though, some hospitals don't have a lot of food options (ours just has a cafeteria and a coffee shop with limited hours), so snacks would have been nice.
I am not sure this is c-section specific but I loved my nice slippers and super comfy PJs in the hospital. You are there longer with a c-section and I personally didn't want to wear hospital gowns for 3-4 days!

A friend is going in for her 2nd c-section and I'd like to put together a care package for her and her hubby.
For those that have gone through a c-section - what kinds of things would be helpful/appreciated in that kind of a gift?
I'd like to throw in stuff for her hubby too - all ideas are appreciated!
