If your MIL is anything like mine, she would love that! Not that the frame isn't enough (I think it's perfect), but if you're thinking of getting her more, you could give her a bottle of her favorite wine if she drinks wine (I'm just thinking of my MIL and she loves it haha). Also if you're into scrapbooking, you could make the frame? Good luck and congratulations!
