Chocolate is great or bags of candied nuts.

Mints or gum.

We are also putting in a small candle from Bath and Body Works (Champaign kisses) I always like to light a candle in a hotel room to make it smell more like home rather than the smell of a hotel.

We are doing thank-you’s on Door Hangers that say “Do not Disturb, We just spent the night dancing away with the new Mr and Mrs ***” on the reverse side.

Water is a must.

We are doing Chips as well.

Advil.

I think that’s about it…

Have Fun!

We Put

2 bottles of water, 2 small bags of chips, 2 packs of advil, mints, trail mix, 2 granola bars and mini bitesized chocolates.

we also put 2 mini bottles of alcohol, they were a hit!

We ordered the bags online and had them personalized to say “Welcome to X’s and X’s Wedding Weekend!” and had the date undernest

ETA: We also put a welcome letter. Which also included the events of the weekend and information about the brunch we had the next morning

I’m doing along the lines most of you are, but we are also including cards that we had printed up with directions to the ceremony site and reception hall, as most of our out of town guests have never been to our town before. Would hate for anyone’s day to begin by getting lost trying to find their way around town for our wedding.
