(Closed) Hotel Block Rooms. Almost gone which rooms should we offer?

    I would swap the rooms for the 2 queens. Obviously the single king isn’t desired. Probably because people who aren’t married or more than one couple can share a single room if it has two beds. And even if there are two beds, one couple can still use the room.

    I don’t think it’s a bad idea to book a back up hotel due to the grad weekend, and since you haven’t even sent invitations yet. Assuming you have people coming/invited, that you don’t talk to much that may not realize they need a hotel they’d be SOL if you don’t have anything left.
