We’re doing ours at the W Union Square which is where our reception will be.

would recommend against it. i found them to be more expensive than even booking from expedia, etc online. we did a block of 10 rooms at westin times sq. surprisingly cheaper than even courtyard marriott and hilton garden inn. but only 1 of our guests (we had over 40 oot) took it.

I just booked my hotel rooms recently. After calling so many hotels, I got really tired. I also visited some of them. The best way to do is…I found…is go through a website below:

http://www.hotelplanner.com  or you can go to priceline’s group category (it’s the same information)

I got about 30-40 quotes of hotel rates at once. It is very efficient..then I contact hotels. hope this helps!

I got blocks at 2 locations through the Marriott and found they were really pleasant to deal with. I have given my guests the heads up that they might be able to find a lower price elsewhere…
