I am about to finish putting my invitations together to be mailed out. However, I am having difficulty in wording my hotel and transportation information. There is a $7.00 parking fee at the hotel we contracted with. Can I mention that on the insert? Also, there is a shuttle from the hotel to our local airport to pick up wedding guests but they charge $65.00 for 1-2 people and then there is an hourly charge from hotel to wedding hall (the manager did not quote a specific amount). To me this is quite expensive for guests to be paying. I am also listing the name of a friend of mine who will do an airport run for $35.00 for 1-2 people. Not sure what the charge is for transportation to wedding hall (I forgot to ask). So, should all these fees be listed? I am not listing the amount of the hotel rooms.
I recently got an invitation to a friend’s daughter’s wedding and they just listed the name of hotel and phone number and no other information.
What should I do? I want to finish this ASAP so I can mail out invitations by this weekend. Below is something of what I have right now.
