We used the Sheraton Society Hill and it was an awesome experience. The hotel is beautiful and was very easy to deal with. Plus no charge for distribution of OOT bags.
I used Marriott Downtown on 12th and Market. I was really happy with their service. They extended the special rate even after the cut off date, the rate was very competitive, and they even sent a bottle of champagne for me and my bridesmaids even though our wedding was at the Ritz.
The hotel is humongous. The rooms are spacious. They were helpful with distributing out of town bags. They even upgraded some of my family members to suites! And of course, the location is very convenient.
I would also recommend the Doubletree. It's a beautiful hotel and the staff there is super friendly.
I am using the Crowne Plaza and the Hilton on city line. They are a little outside the city, but the price is better and since its on City Line, its pretty easy to get to and from if your guests have cars.
