Since we’re the home of Coca Cola (love coke zero), I think a fabulous idea is an ice cream sundae and float bar!
I’m getting weary of the candy stuff.
Maybe it was the nasty mouthed woman on bridezilla who spilled the blue jelly bellies in her FI’s car, but I am somewhat getting over the candy buffet. Nothing’s wrong with it, I just realized yesterday that I adore a killer coke float with breyer’s vanilla ice cream.
I’ve been on a diet big time and my son had one. It LOOKED and smelled amazing and he just asked for another today after I got home from work.
Just a thought and a nod to our "atlanta-ness".

That’s an awesome idea!! LOVE it! It would be my dream to serve Coke Floats and Chick-fil-a nuggets at my reception.

Ooooh chick fil a! My little boy’s FAVORITE nugget food. And it helps that it seems their founder was a great guy ya know?
Coke floats n nuggets. MMMMMMMM!
But I want to have some ice sculpture/bowl holding the tubs of ice cream. I saw it in either southern weddings or stylemepretty recently and LOOOOVE the idea. I just wanna take it a bit further with an ice cream sundae bar and also a coke float!

I love the Coke idea. We’re already doing a candy buffet, but we’re putting Cokes in all our OOT bags. And . . . we’re definitely having Chick fil A at our rehearsal dinner — it’s super low key and actually Mexican themed — but we figured a big tray of those nuggets would get eaten (and loved) even if it doesn’t “match” the other food!

Ooooo, dream Atlanta dessert table: Coke Floats, Varsity Frosted Oranges and Chick-fil-a Milkshakes!
Man, I miss Chick-fil-a! I’m coming to Atlanta to look for a dress in two weeks and I’ve already promised myself I’ll have a chicken biscuit at least twice…

@DC Anna – It’s funny, anytime we travel for any length of time the first place we eat when we get home is Chick-fil-a 🙂
