fencing can be really expensive, you may be better off waiting for your lease to come up and moving rather than installing one.

A rental company is going to be really difficult to convince vs a privately owned home. But it can’t hurt to ask!

Yeah, as wonderful as dogs are, I would wait until you own a home.  I know a lot of people who have dogs in rental places and then end up moving again to a place that doesn’t allow them and have to find new homes for them.  It will be a wonderful feeling once you get your house and can add a dog to the family!

Have you thought about volunteering for a sheleter? They need volunteers to walk dogs all the time…so that could help you get your “dog fix” while helping out at the same time!
