Fill a lantern with the ingrediants to make one of her favorite summer drinks- add coasters, candle etc

Great summer hostess gift - fill a lantern (IKEA has good, cheap ones) with booze, cute napkins/straws, citrus reamer, mixer, lemon, and bar snack.

It’s not as personal, but a gift card to stores like Home Depot, Rona, etc. will come in handy.

This topic has come up before (sadly, it’s not in the related posts) you could try searching it to see what’s been suggested previously, as there have been some great ideas before!

I just bought my brother and his girlfriend a personalized return address stamp from etsy for their new house.

A personalized basket can be helpful for housewarming gift. he baskets don’t have to be big. They’re best when they’re personal, though.

And many other products like a tasting plate, a wall battery charger outlet, i post speaker, Cookbook for your kitchen, strong bottle opener, DIY tool box jar and many more stuff. I used to buy housewarming products from sears because they have wide range and can find latest deals here. You need to do experiment with different products to make your home more comfort and best place.

I have been buying everyone these terrariums…they’re so low maintainence and adorable and I think they’re perfect for a housewarming gift.  If you’re crafty, you could even make your own!

amoore2:  Everyone has posted great ideas so far!  I really don’t have anything creative to add but +1 to gift cards from Home Depot and Bed Bath and Beyond, and a fire extinguisher.  Those were by far our most practical and useful gifts when we first moved in our house.  Food and wine didn’t hurt either. 😉

What about something for their yard/garden? Even if they aren’t super into gardening they will probably still have to pull weeds from a flower bed. UncommonGoods  has some really cute gardening accessories (and really great gift ideas in general). One of my friends got a raised bed gardening kit from her friends when she moved into her house— but she was really into gardening and it was something she wanted.

My favorite housewarming gift is a personalized return address stamp! You can find tons on Etsy to pick from. I love mine and am using that as my go-to gift! You’d be surprised how often it gets used.

My standard housewarming gift is a set of nice photo frames and either a few bottles of wine (or booze, depending on the likes of the couple) or a gift card to Home Depot/Lowes.
