I'm not having bridals done here, but I've heard of people doing them at the botanical gardens. I think Brenner's on the Bayou would be a pretty place to have them done. Rice University also has lovely outdoor spaces. I'm sure there are tons of cool indoor locations but none are coming to mind right now. Good luck!!
I've heard of people taking bridals on the Staircase at the Cheesecake Factory in Galleria. I think the botanical gardens would be pretty as well!
I'm getting my portraits done this May and I'm going to use Rice University and Hermann Park
Some other places that I believe are free include the Water Wall at Williams Tower and the Houston Arboreteum
These places charge a fee, but you can get nice photos: Paraiso Maravilla, The Houstonian, Hotel Zaza

Google Helens garden in league city. my bff had her bridals done there SO STUNNING! in fact the photographer put her on the cover of his website because the background was so gorgeous! i am having mine done there as well!
i love hermann park too!
I had mine done at Paraiso Maravilla. They charge but I think its worth it. There are so many options (inside, outside, fountain, stairs, stain-glass window...etc etc) and you can change onsite in the dressing room.
I just found this thread and I was wondering if anyone else had any ideas to add to the list. I would like some where to take some cool indoor pictures as well as a few outdoor since it is so hot out. Thanks!

Houston Brides - Where did you/are you having your bridal portraits taken?
Mine will be taken in mid June, so its probably too hot to do the entire photo shoot outside (and not look like a sweaty mess). Ideally I'd like some pictures taken outdoors and others taken indoors.
Please suggest locations! Thanks in advance!
