I did the same thing for our wedding because we're pretty picky with music. Are you actually providing the music on CD's for him? That's what we did and there was no way he was going to play anything else (especially since he didn't even bring his music collection.) So if that's the case I wouldn't worry too much about them playing do-not-play songs.
Did you read my post from several months ago on this board for DJ recs? My sister ended up going with Rockin Robin and she seems pleased. Good luck!

We are having THE HARDEST time finding a good DJ.
We want to be able to have a good MC, but we will provide all the music to be played and the order to play it.
I have heard so many stories about DJ's agreeing to play the music given and then not playing it! I totally don't understand this, but I digress.....
Any rec's ladies?
