How and where do I say "if the weather is bad..."

We are having our ceremony outside, but if it rains, the ceremony will be held at the reception site, a few miles away. How do I word it, and where do I put it?

I thought about just putting it on our website, but then FI reminded me, many of the older folks don't go online.

What to do...?

I had a girlfriend who did a "rain or shine" card. it was basically a reception card, but noted that if showers were iminate, to join them for the ceremony being held at (reception location and address) with the reception to follow. it was cute!

One of my friends had an outdoor ceremony with a church several miles away for a backup plan. They put this information on the direction card. If I remember correctly it said something like "Alternate location in the event of incliment weather is ______. Please call (phone number) for a recorded message on the day of the wedding for the ceremony location."

I had never seen this before and thought it was very thoughtful. They got married during the spring severe weather season here in the south, but thankfully they had a gorgeous day!
