French tips. I had them done once before and I loved them.

I voted something neutral – this is what mine look like at the moment, and I’ll probably go for something like this on the day. The colour is a pale pink called linen.

I’m going to go with something neutral as well.  I’m just not a fan of fake nails or tips so I won’t be getting any!

I voted neutral since French does not photograph well. Have you tried Bio Sculpture Gel? I love it, it stays put for 3 weeks, looks natural, does not chip, does not get dull and does not damage my nails.

I fell in looove with this style, and I think I’m going to do it.
    Traditional with a unique twist.

I’m thinking something neutral. I was against doing french manicure because it’s starting to look a little dated.

i went with nuetral. i wore turquoise polish for my engagement pictures and on my toes for the wedding (and also had pink/blue hair), so i decided to keep my fingers more natural.

@yogaqueen:  French tips have been around for decades, what about them makes you feel they are dated? They’re like a LBD or classic pump, go with everything

I think I’m going to do red tips. Because I always do a bold nail, and it would be odd for me not to have it, but I think full red nails might be too much. So I’ll leave my nails natural, and then just the tips red.

I don’t want to get French Tips because I don’t like fake nails and even if I have them one for just a few days, it will still weaken my nails, so I will get them painted, but haven’t decided how just yet.

Ahhh I see, it’s more the acrylic tips fair enough.I know lots of people who get French manicures on their own nails without added tips so I don’t automatically assume fake nails.

I am just filing and buffing mine, not even putting clear nail polish on as I will pick it off, I always do, even if I am meant to be keeping them nice for a special occasion

@SupermansSweetheart:  By French tips, I thought you mean acrylic nails. I might get them painted in that style, or I might find a nice neutral colour, still undecided!
