SOme people do games where you have to compete for it per table.. like if you want it come up and give me your best chicken dance. I honestly don’t know how people decided who would take it per table at ours..everyone complimented us on the centerpieces and i know they all wanted it but at the end of the day there were only 18 tables and 150 guests. All i know is at my wedding they took everything even the table #’s wrapped around mason jars! lol but it was pretty cute and it still had flowers in them so Im glad everyone had something to take. gl on that one!!

We did breakaway centerpieces that doubled as guest favors: live potted ivy plants. We printed up on the back side of the table number cards: “Dear Guests –

Ivy is a symbol of fidelity, wedded love, and friendship.

It is also a beautiful houseplant.

The ivies decorating your table are living potted plants.

At the end of this evening’s festivities, we invite you to take them home as a “thank you” for celebrating with us!”
