I'm just writing first and last names. No Mr & Mrs/Ms/Miss. Each of our guests is getting their own escort card (not one per couple). I'm not sure what proper etiquette is, but I'm sure however you do it you're not going to offend anyone!
I'm using Mr and Mrs, since that's the way our invitations were addressed. I"m not sure if I'll put each couple on one escort card or give each person their own.
I'm just using first and last name. Although I'm addressing my invites without mr/mrs as well because i'm kind of anti-formalness.

How are you writing the names on your Escort cards, formal or informal?
For example, would you write
If Married : Mr. & Mrs. John Smith or Mary and John Smith
If Not Married: Ms. Mary Jones and Mr. John Smith or Mary Jones and John Smith
My invitations were addressed to Mr. & Mrs. John Smith but I'm wondering if it's important to be consistent and write the same way on escort cards. But wouldn't the ladies like to see their first names in print, i.e. Mary and John Smith? I can't decide!!!
