I haven’t a clue how to do this right!
There is a lady at our venue who is going to be setting up the tables and everything. What is the best way for me to give her the placecards so that she knows exactly which spot belongs to whom?
The tables are rectangular, so I don’t really want to just give her a list of who is at each table and leave it up to her… there are certain couples who should be sitting closer together who I do not want separated on each end of the table!

Make a chart. Draw “tables” and insert the names. Then she can just follow that. Good luck!

I second Lindsey….draw each table out with the table number and write the name of person at each seat.

I would make a drawing of the tables and then number each spot.
put the cards in a box, in order, with those tiny post-it’s that say “1…2…3”
Just have her put them in order based on the chart, remove the post-it’s, and voila 🙂
