- Wedding: September 2013 - Franklin Plaza
I ordered an 8×11 photobook to as a guest book. Every other page is a full photo, which leaves 9 pages for signing (yearbook style – no lines). We are having around 130 guests. I am trying to decide if that is plenty of space or if I should just order a second book. And then I can also have it spread out so everyone is not crowding around one book. Please share your experiences!

@subola: That’s 14 signatures a page. If by 9 pages you meant 18 sides, then that’s 7 signatures per side. More than enough I assume.
ETA: Not everyone will sign either

I think that’s enough. People will also probably use the inside front and back covers as well. I’d rather a book that’s crowded with well-wishes than one that is sparse!

Ooo I just ordered one too. Is it from Mixbook? I got the 12 x12 to make sure there was enough space for 66 guests to write something. How many people will be at the wedding?

I think that’s a perfect size. Mine was 8×11 with 140 guests and every page was about half populated with pictures.

We did a 12×12 20-page photobook, about half pictures. Only about 25% of our guests signed the guestbook. It looks so barren and empty, it’s pretty sad. So like PP said, a very full book is better than an empty book.

I totally would have ordered way too big a book – glad I found this!
