@otto2008:  We invited 160 and 130 people attended.

Our wedding was near Sacramento. However, my cousin got married near San Diego at the San Clemente Casino and it was lovely. She had about 150 or so guests and it fit everyone beautifully.

We’re inviting 130. Our venue holds seating for about 100 people comfortably, but I’m guessing a few will decline, and even if they don’t I’m sure we’ll find extra seats somewhere lol

We are inviting like 165 but that is giving some people guests who we highly doubt will bring a guest. I am expecting about 120 total to actually come.

@otto2008:  I rented a private cabin so I wasn’t charged for anything ridiculous Muahahaha!

The caterers were super cool and just left the extra food with us since the containers they were being heated in were disposable (we had a buffet style dinner). My family took home lots of leftovers and any extra chairs were set up so people could admire the lake or sit around the fire place 🙂

If you haven’t picked a venue then I highly suggest looking for vacation rentals because they are cheaper, you can provide your own alchohol, you can deccorate however you want, plus you can hire whatever vendors you like (even unlicensed friends)!
