I was origionally going to wear flats for my wedding, because we are being married outside on the grass. I am not super cocerned with shoes….but I am afraid that in my dress, if I don’t have a slight heel my legs will look uber-short. To complicate matters, my Fiance is slightly vertically challenged (he swears he is 5’9”—so cute!). I am already 5’6′ and I don’t want to be eye-to-eye.
Anyway, I found some wedges on shoes.com (free shipping both ways, ladies!) What do you think of these silver wedges? My dress is diamond white btw, with silvery/clear embellishments.

They seem perfect, especially if your dress has silver embellishments on it. The wedges will be easier to walk in, give you some lift, and you’ll have one less thing to worry about on the big day! Great idea. 🙂

I had this issue since we are in a garden and I was looking for wedges forever and I couldn’t find any that I really liked. Then I heard of these things called heel stoppers. You can order them online and they slip on the stiletto to keep your shoe from sinking in grass or cracks in the garden pathway. I have had friends use them and they are great.. it kept me from having to settle on my shoes. These wedges are pretty and will be easy to walk in but if you are like me and want to keep some fancy shoes then try ordering the heel stoppers!
