Since we are having lots of out of town/province/country/hemisphere guests, I’d love to make something like this (below: 2nd photo) representing where everyone has come from. Obviously not as big as this (since it looks it was there before the wedding) but how would you make this signage?
I do have one idea, there is a print shop in the area that makes awesome seating charts that I’m going to, maybe they could make something like this?

How big do you want it to be? A printshop could probably make you a poster, but I feel part of what makes that stand out is its size.
I would probably make it a smaller size then use a projector to put the image on a piece of drywall/sheet stretched over plywood and paint it. Then build a simple frame to finish the edge. Still smaller than that but definitely big enough to make an impact!
Really cool idea, and it would make a great backdrop for guest pics, too.

Design it yourself in photoshop then print a banner through Vistaprint.com…???

I think it would be cool/cute to have that as a ‘guest book’! You could make one yourself, in photoshop or whatever program you have, have it printed in a 16×20 or whatever size suits you. Guests can sign their well wishes near their location or on the edges. I think it could be really cute.

If you can do the design yourself, the largest prints available I could find quickly are from uprinting.com.
You can get a rolled canvas 40″x60″ or a poster print 27″x40″. That’s not as big as your inspiration picture.
