We went under our budget by about $300. I was pretty meticulous about making sure we stuck to the budget. It absolutely wasn't in our budget to go over at all, so if we splurged on one thing, we had to cut something else.
We pretty much hit the nail on the head, give or take $100 or so, but we had so many people cancel their RSVP a week before the wedding, which saved us about $300, so we would have been over by a bit more had that not happened.
We tried really, really hard to stay in the budget. Looking back, I wish I had splurged more on my dress sometimes because we technically could have afforded it, but overall, I was happy we stuck to the plan.

With all of this budget talk, it got me to sit down and figure out how much I spent so far.
I did go over. About $3000. My budget was 10-11k.
I wonder how close you gals were.
There are probably some girls out there that went under budget. Good for you!
